South of France
Marseille is a unique place that combines the essence of the Mediterranean with a visually striking setting. Recently, I had the opportunity to photograph Celia and Noeh in this port city, taking advantage of its golden light and vibrant architecture—elements they wanted to highlight in their images. Unlike other couples who seek to include the sea in their photos, Celia and Noeh preferred to focus on the architecture of Marseille, as they were fascinated by the aesthetics and history of its buildings.
At La Vieille Charité, an iconic building in the Le Panier district, every corner offered an authentic atmosphere that perfectly suited the couple's personality. In one of the most representative shots of the session, Celia and Noeh pose under an elegant stone arch, with a wooden door in the background and a palette of warm, earthy tones that enhance the visual harmony. Dressed in long coats in neutral tones, the image exudes sophistication and a timeless aesthetic, highlighting their natural connection.

Working outdoors in the south of France presents unique challenges and opportunities. The key to a successful session is knowing the best time to take advantage of natural light, choosing locations that reflect the couple's identity, and using the surroundings to tell an authentic story. In this session, we combined dynamic shots with a documentary approach, highlighting not only their connection but also the richness of the architectural landscape.
For those looking for a Photoshooot with a touch of sophistication and adventure, Marseille and other cities in the south of France, such as Nice, Cassis, or Saint-Tropez, offer unparalleled settings. If you are planning to capture this special moment in an unforgettable destination, I would be delighted to help you design a personalized session that highlights the essence of your story.
