• Compartir las fotografías en redes sociales con amigos y familiares. Las fotografías (compradas )no están provistas de ninguna marca de agua  que especifique su autoría, por lo que XIMENAVCFT apreciaría en gran medida que su nombre o el link de sus redes sociales fuera citado al compartir sus fotografías.
• Imprimir las fotografías pero no al derecho a su venta .

  No está permitido: 🚫

•   No está permitido aplicar marcas de agua o texto a ninguna de las fotografías, pues el copyright de las mismas pertenece a XIMENAVCFT.
•  No está permitido vender las imágenes o comercializarlas de ninguna manera.
•   Afirmar que las imágenes son obra de un autor diferente a su autor real, XIMENAVCFT.
•   Presentar las imágenes a concursos o a blogs especializados sin el permiso específico de XIMENAVCFT.

Pago 💰

•   El pago de un depósito del 50% del precio total de la sesión es obligatorio para reservar el horario elegido para la sesión.Este depósito no es reembolsable en caso de cancelación de la sesión.

•   El porcentaje restante del precio de la sesión ,debe abonarse finalizando sesión fotográfica. De lo contrario, ésta no se entregará .

•   Los añadidos al precio original (fotos extra) deben ser abonados tras la recepción de las fotografías y antes de recibir el producto.

•  Cualquier gasto adicional que venga derivado de la localización escogida por el cliente para la realización de las fotografías (como gastos de aparcamiento o pago de tarifas de uso del lugar , transporte de un lugar a otro , etc.) será cubierto por el cliente.

•   Los métodos de pago aceptados para el deposito son Paypal, transferencia bancaria.

•   En el caso de que la localización escogida a las afueras de Paris se aplicara un costo extra acordado previamente por el cliente y XIMENAVCFT.

•   Una vez realizada la sesión, el importe de la misma no podrá ser reembolsado. Es conveniente que el cliente se asegure de que el estilo de las fotografías de XIMENAVCFT se corresponde con lo que tiene en mente.

 Cancelación/cambio de fecha. 📅

•  Si el cliente no puede acudir a la sesión en la fecha acordada, debe notificarlo con al menos 7 días antes de la hora acordada para el inicio del servicio fotográfico.  En ese caso, puede ser elegida otra fecha en base a la disponibilidad horaria de ambas partes y no será necesario pagar un nuevo depósito.

•   Si el cliente no puede acudir a la sesión en la fecha acordada y no lo notifica con al menos 1 mes de antelación, el depósito no le será devuelto y deberá volver a pagar ahora el total si quiere contratar otra sesión fotográfica con XIMENAVCFT.

•  Cada cliente tiene derecho a un cambio de fecha y horario por sesión con 7 días mínimo de antelación . De repetirse la misma situación , el deposito no se contará como parte del total y tendrá que hacer el deposito del total en esta ocasión .

•   Si XIMENAVCFT no puede acudir a la sesión en la fecha acordada, el cliente podrá escoger entre dos opciones compensatorias:

•  Devolución total del dinero entregado y anulación de la sesión o cambio de fecha y horario .

•   Si las condiciones climáticas impiden la realización de las fotografías, se escogerá una fecha nueva en función de la disponibilidad horaria de ambas partes. El depósito no deberá ser abonado de nuevo, pero tampoco será reembolsado si el cliente decide no realizar la sesión en una nueva fecha.

Otras aclaraciones ❔

•   Está permitido que amigos o familiares acompañen al cliente a la sesión fotográfica aunque no vayan a ser retratados .

• El cliente tiene derecho a elegir sus fotos compradas del paquete elegido , para llevarlo a cabo se mostrara una galería temporal con las fotografías terminadas en linea ( con marca de agua ) para la selección de sus fotos . Se recomienda hacerlo en el tiempo de 1 semana máximo para poder proceder a la entrega .

• Se advierte al cliente que las imágenes siempre están sujetas al ámbito artístico del contratista.

• Quedan excluidas las reclamaciones y/o notificaciones de defectos en cuanto al alcance artístico ejercido por el contratista, la ubicación y los medios ópticos y técnicos utilizados en la fotografía. Las solicitudes de cambio posteriores por parte del cliente requieren un acuerdo y pedido por separado y deben ser remunerados por separado.

• El trabajo de edición fotográfica incluye solo retoque de luz y color , no conlleva modificaciones físicas . Si desea edicion de este estilo se agregara un precio extra impartido de un editor independiente .

• La entrega de las fotografías editadas puede demorarse hasta 30 días naturales tras la fecha de la sesión.

•   Ximenavcft no tiene la obligación de conservar los archivos fotográficos pasados después de 3 meses de haber realizado la sesión fotográfica .

•   El copyright de las fotografías estará siempre en poder de Ximenavcft .  `

• Se estipula un tiempo de máximo de tolerancia de 15 minutos, posterior a la hora acordada para dar inicio a la sesión . Posterior a este lapso, cualquier retraso será considerado como parte del tiempo acordado . ⏱

• Si el cliente desea sus fotografías antes del tiempo habitual , se agregara un precio extra al costo final acordado por Ximenavcft .

• No se entregaran los archivos originales , solo lo que especifica el paquete .

Permitted ✅

• Share photos on social media with friends and family. Photos.
• Photographs (purchased )are not provided with any watermarks specifying their authorship, so XIMENAVCFT would greatly appreciate it if her name or her social media link were cited when sharing your photos.
• Print photographs but not the right to sell them.

It is not permitted🚫



• Apply watermarks or text to any of the photographs, as the copyright belongs to XIMENAVCFT.

• Sell images or market them in any way.
• Affirm that the images are the work of an author different from its real author, XIMENAVCFT.
• Submit images to contests or specialized blogs without the specific permission of XIMENAVCFT.

Payment 💰

• Payment of a deposit of 50% of the total price of the session is required to reserve the chosen time for the session. This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the session.

• The remaining percentage of the price of the session must be paid at the end of the photo shoot. Otherwise, the photo shoot will not be delivered.

• Those added to the original price (extra photos) must be paid after receiving the photographs and before receiving the product.

• Any additional costs arising from the location chosen by the customer for the making of the photographs (such as parking fees or payment of fees for use of the place , transport from one place to another , etc.) will be covered by the customer.

• The accepted payment methods for the 50% are Paypal, bank transfer .

• In the event that the location chosen on the outskirts of Paris was applied an extra cost previously agreed by the customer and XIMENAVCFT.

• Once the session has been held, the amount of the session cannot be refunded. It is convenient for the customer to ensure that the style of the XIMENAVCFT photographs corresponds to what he has in mind.

Cancellation/change of date. 📅

• If the client is unable to attend the session on the agreed date, he must notify at least 1 week before the agreed time for the start of the photographic service. In that case, another date may be chosen based on the hourly availability of both parts and it will not be necessary to pay a new deposit.

• If the customer is unable to attend the session on the agreed date and does not notify it at least 1 month in advance , the deposit will not be refunded to him and he must pay the total if he wants to hire another photo session with XIMENAVCFT.

• If XIMENAVCFT is unable to attend the session on the agreed date, the customer may choose between two compensatory options:
• Total refund of the money delivered and cancellation of the session or change of date and time .

• If climatic conditions prevent the taking of photographs, a new date will be chosen depending on the hourly availability of both parties. The deposit must not be paid again, but will not be refunded if the client decides not to log in on a new date.

Other clarifications❔

• Friends or family are allowed to accompany the client to the photo shoot even if they are not to be photographed.

• The customer has the right to choose the photos from the chosen package . To do so, a temporary gallery with the finished photos will be displayed online (with watermark) for the selection of your photos. It is recommended to do it in the time of 1 week maximum to be able to proceed to the delivery.

• The delivery of the edited photographs may take up to 30 calendar days after the date of the session.
• Ximenavcft does not have the obligation to keep the photographic files passed after 3 months of having carried out the photographic session .

• The copyright of the photographs will always be held by Ximenavcft.

• A maximum tolerance time of 15 minutes, after the agreed time to start the session, is stipulated. After this period, any delay will be considered as part of the agreed time.

• The customer is advised that the images are always subject to the artistic scope of the contractor. Claims and/or notices of defects with regard to the artistic scope exercised by the contractor, the location and the optical and technical means used in the photograph are excluded. Subsequent change requests by the customer require a separate agreement and order and must be remunerated separately.

• The photo editing work includes only light and color retouching, no physical modifications.

• Both parts, expressly renouncing their own jurisdiction if they have it, as regards the interpretation and fulfilment of this commitment.

• If the customer wants his photos before the usual time, an extra price will be added to the final cost agreed by Ximenavcft.

• The original files will not be delivered, only what is specified in the package.
