Adriel Favela & Estíbaliz Badiola night shoot
Night photography in Paris offers endless technical possibilities, and with the opportunity to work with great artists such as Adriel Favela and Estíbaliz, the goal was to maximize the resources available in terms of light and locations to obtain high quality images for their networks in low light conditions.
The session began with a detailed call to plan the key points. Adriel and Estíbaliz wanted an aesthetic that would take advantage of Paris' nighttime lighting, focusing on achieving a mix between elegance and modernity. During the call, we discussed the best places in the city to capture the right light at night, especially around the Eiffel Tower.
We chose a creative approach with a minimalist touch, using cameras with the best quality for optimal performance in low-light situations, and special lenses that are perfect for achieving these results. We opted for strategic points in the city to ensure that natural lights and reflections were sufficient.
For the night shoot in Paris, Adriel and Estíbaliz opted for an elegant outfit that perfectly matched the urban environment and the sophisticated atmosphere of the city. Adriel wore a suit in shades of navy Brown and black, providing a formal and modern air, while Estíbaliz dazzled in a deep brown jacket, which complemented the golden reflections of the Parisian lights. Both outfits enhanced the aesthetics of the shoot, adding a touch of class and style to every shot.
The flickering lights of the tower, which occur every hour for five minutes, offer a unique opportunity to capture photos at a key moment, you just have to know how to photograph them as sometimes in the photos it can appear that they are not on. The atmosphere, with less distractions and traffic, is ideal for a well planned and efficient photo shoot, taking advantage of the lighting and the urban environment but it all depends from where you see it since the worst place to take pictures at night or during the day is Trocadero, the main reason is that there are many people and in them pickpockets. So I will help you to have the best spots and the best recommendations with professional photos.
One of the things I enjoy most about my work is the opportunity to create lasting friendships with the people I photograph. Such was the case with Estíbaliz and Adriel's family. During the night shoot in Paris with them, not only did I get to capture technical and neat images in the best spots of the city, but I also had the opportunity to get to know their family in depth. This experience allowed me to connect with them beyond the camera and to have a beautiful friendship.
